Antique American Stained Glass Transom Window 45 X 12 Architectural Salvage

This is a great window that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. It is done in purple, green and clear distorted glass. The original frame is painted on both sides. Originally a sidelite one end will need to be trimmed to make it symmetric. It measures 45.5 inches wide by 12.5 tall and 1.5 inches thick. Trimmed to be a transom it will be 40 by 8. The glass only measures approx. 43 inches by 12 inches. Overall it is in good co ndition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. There is a tight hairline. It could use a good cleaning but will clean up nicely. The glazing putty could use a touch up. Look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Base the same wonderful original condition. Cap finial wheel all Williamson Parts. Re wired with twisted black cloth cord & vintage plug all ready to use at once! What I know of it, it had to be a family Pass Down to stay in this pristine condition. I’ve heard it called “the OWL” does appear to be a stylized owl face with eye jewels. For sure reflects the baroque tastes of the early 1900’s. Looks like the Tic Toc of Oz. From the book series Frank L. This is a great example of the Williamson Co. Stands 25″ tall 8″ wide foot.
