Antique Full Beveled Glass Window Architectural Salvage
Very nice full beveled window, with no damage. It measures 30″x29″ in its original pine frame, the frame has a chipped edge on the back side, but it will not be visible when displayed. This is one of several hundred windows and doors and sidelights that i just received from the Detroit area. I have many styles and multiples of each pattern. This window was fully restored within the last 20 years by a very reputable studio within this field and the pictures reflect the excellent condition of the window which is over 100 years old, and features some of Tiffany Studios finest techniques of glass use and design. Each of the 2 arched lancets measure 20″ wide x 96″ tall and the round top panel adds approximately another 16 to the height. Antique Tiffany Inspired Leaded Stained Glass Lamp Handel Chicago Brothers Style
This is a wonderful and beautiful Leaded Glass Lamp of large proportions and heavy. The lamp is unmarked and very well made after Tiffany’s Rose Helmet shade design shape, this one using flowers and gems. The lamp stands almost 27 inches tall on its 10 inch base. The sculpted column is in a great patinated bronze condition and weighs 15 pounds. The magnificent shade has about 1,000 pieces of glass and gems in it and is 21 inches in diameter and 7 1/2 inches tall and well made both inside and outside. The shape of the shade is an iconic Tiffany Rose Helmet shape that was prevalent on his Roman shade design with the outward flare at the bottom edge as the leafy portion of the design comes into view. The shade has very pleasing color differences between the lighted shade and the unlit shade. Check out the photos. The Shade weighs in at about 9 pounds for a total lamp weight of some 24 pounds. The opening in the top of the shade is about 4 inches and fits on its 4 inch support on the base. The lamp has been correctly rewired and works perfectly. The interiors of the sockets have been replaced using the original shells so they work fine. Just a great looking beautiful stained glass Tiffany style lamp for your home.
