Tiffany Studios Leaded Slag Glass Acorn Shade, Rookwood Pottery Lamp Base
Up for you consideration’this season is an immaculate Tiffany Studios Rookwood Pottery Lamp, circa 1915. It has been in our family for over 60 years, brought to joy to us with its soft lights, craftsmanship and details. Being passed down from my Great Grandma, it needs a new home to continue its journey. As they say, a new end, a new beginning. About lamp shade: – it was made as ,, Acorn design. Very good to an excellent condition with a few if any heatline cracks, slightly dirty with of course commensurate to age. Signed on an edge with label ,, Tiffany Studios New York 1435. Total size of lamp is 21 1/2 inches tall by 16 inches in diameter. The lamp base has metal cluster with three ,, Hubbell sockets with original pull chains and finials, also original pierced heat cup — all metal parts of the lamp base have a nice dark brown patina. Lamp base (pottery part has no damage). It was recently rewired by electrician with time period cloth wire and plug. Please ask any questions.
