ANTIQUE CHURCH WINDOW, 1900s FIRED PAINTED GLASS, ROUGH CUT JEWELS, NYC AREA. THIS VERY COOL WINDOW HAS. A LOT “GOING ON”.. 40 3/4″ tall, 29 3/8″ wide, 4 11/16 deep. Glass area only approximate measurements. 27″ wide, 38 1/2″ tall (unframed area approx). 2 steel rods for support. (3) rough cut jewels. 10 pyramid shaped textured glass tiles. HANDPAINTED KILN FIRED CROWN. Photos 4 and 5 show examples of tight cracks. Photo#8 shows convex edge of window. Photo#10 shows depth of frame. THIS WINDOW MOST LIKELY DATES TO EARLY 1900. It is VERY NICE and in great shape for the age. IT IS AN ANTIQUE, it’s NOT PERFECT. I HAVE INFORMATION ON QUALITY SHIPPERS. Depending on where you live… It could be reasonably priced to get door to door insured service. Feel free to ask questions! Exact church location is unknown.

CUSTOM FRAME WAS PAINTED BLACK AND EDGES WERE RUBBED. FRAME IS STRUCTURALLY SOUND. GLASS IS IN PERFECT CONDITION. ALL LEADING IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. INTERESTING COMBINATION OF VARIOUS TEXTURED GLASS WITH CLEAR AND BEVELED GLASS ACCENTED WITH DOME SHAPED JEWELS. Extraordinary Antique Stained Glass Window With 75 Jewels 36 X 47 Salvage

This amazing window has wonderful vivid colors and extraordinary design. There are 75 jewels including a large light green roundel surrounded by pinchback jewels. The original frame was cut down and is a little wobbly, it is painted on both sides. Its original location is unknown but it has lived at the former Phillips crab house in OCMD for the last 70 years. Measurements are 35.75 inches wide by 46.75 tall and 1.75 thick. The glass only is appx 33.5 x 44. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are some hairlines but no missing glass. There is some slight bowing in places. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW 23 JEWELS 40 x 40 ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE

This is a great window that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. It has great colors and an ornate design with 23 jewels. The original oak frame is unpainted. It measures 40.25 inches wide by 40 tall and is. 1.75 inch thick. The glass only measures approximately 36 by 36 inches. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. The window had some work done and the leadwork is a bit sloppy in places. There are some hairlines but no missing glass. The glass was set into the frame the wrong way, channels for ropes are at the top and bottom rather than the sides. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! ANTIQUE STAINED LEADED FIRED GLASS WINDOW, 11 RONDELS 4 HANDCUT JEWELS, BALT MD. VERY IMPRESSIVE ANTIQUE WINDOW FROM AN UNKNOWN CHURCH IN BALTIMORE MD. THERE WAS AN INSANE AMOUNT OF WORK ASSEMBLING A WINDOW THIS STYLE. 36 1/4″ tall by about 29 7/8″ wide. THERE ARE 3 ORIGINAL FLAT BAR SUPPORTS. NEW LEAD WAS AFFIXED TO THE TOP AND BOTTOM. THERE ARE SEVERAL HAIRLINE CRACKS THROUGHOUT THIS PANEL. (see photos #7 and 8 for examples). PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! Photo#5 shows HANDCUT JEWEL. Photo#6 shows one RONDEL. GLASS IS OLD AND WAVY. This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian church. It has wonderful colors and design with 7 jewels. The dedication plate reads Misses Mason and Baum’s classes. The original wood frame was removed and replaced with a brown aluminum frame. It measures 23.5 inches wide by 26.75 tall. It is 1 inch thick. The glass only measures approx. 21.5 by 24.25. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a few hairlines and chips to the glass. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
