Pair Antique/Vintage Stickley/Handel Era Mission Prairie Bungalow Arts & Crafts Leaded Stained Glass & Shades Lights Lamps Pendant Sconces. Pair Antique Stickley Era Mission Arts & Crafts Leaded Stained Glass Shades Lights Lamps. Unsigned, with mission oak and brass hardware. Light fixtures are in good un-restored condition. Glass is probably Kokomo, with a lot of fire and color. Shades have no chips, cracks or restoration. Wiring is original, and untested. There is some tape around one wire at the top of one shade, and the wire of the other shade has pulled out of the socket and needs to be re-attached. Brass hardware has some finish loss and wear; as shown. Easily adapted for use as wall sconces. Pendants measure 26″ and 33″ long from canopy to bottom of shades. Shades measure 7 3/4″ long on each side X 9″ tall to top of shade. Shades is 8 5/8″ tall X 9″ diameter, with a fitter dimension of 3 1/4″ at top and 4″ at base. Duffner & Kimberly Pair of Leaded Glass Lamps Documented in DK Lamp Catalog
Up for sale is a matched pair of Duffner Kimberly leaded glass lamps. Not only is this a rare model but they are a pair that came from a home on Long Island that was decorated originally by Duffner. The last picture shows this model in Mosaic Shades Vol 2 and also in an original Duffner & Kimberly catalog. They measure 18″ in diameter and stand 23.5″ tall. They both have an amber background with purple garland and top with green accents. The medallions are cameo cut with a dark background, green design and accented with purple. Both of the lamps have gold finish bases. They each have 4 candelabra sockets and an on/off switch in the top of the base. I will try to give condition reports on each lamp separately. The 1st lamp has a polished base. The shade looks to be all original with no replaced glass. There are approximately 6 pieces with cracks. The 4 candles are a rolled paper type material. All 4 sockets work fine. The 2nd lamp has a more warm gold finish and looks to have a replaced on/off switch. The 4 candles are a plastic material with 2 of them having some cracking and slight loss. The shade has approximately 8 cracks. Both shades are in good overall condition with the minimal cracks that are not concentrated in 1 area. The pictures that show the 2 side by side appear to look like the lamps lean to 1 side or the other. That is just an optical illusion. They both stand straight. These are guaranteed to be early, original Duffner & Kimberly lamps. Price is for both lamps. Please don’t hesitate to request additional information. A wonderful mid matched pair of lanterns attributed to Peter Marsh c1950. They have been previously wired and hung as porch lights, which is simple to have done again.
