Antique Large 2 Piece Church Leaded Stain Glass Window -34 X 103-6 avail Nice
Antique Very Large 2 Piece (smaller window goes on top) Church Leaded Stain Glass Window with great color. 34″ X 103″ x 1 1/2 thick. Larger bottom window is 70″ tall & smaller top window is 33″ tall. Salvaged from very old church. One side has a original wood shellac finish, and the other side is painted a flat white. There may be a minor blemish in the glass due to age. Wood framing is very solid overall, and will need refinished. Lead joints are tight. Made with metal reinforcement strips running across width. Here is a beautiful old leaded stain glass window These will need to be removed from the church. It is 97 1/4 by 13 feet tall. This church is being renovated for apartments and these windows are needed to be saved! Fall or end of year you have for removal. I will be listing many more windows from this church. HD161 English Art Deco Leaded Stain Glass Window 19 3/4 W X 18 7/8 2 Available
It’s a Very Pretty Window with Multiple Colored Glass. It is shown with another window that is the same size, colors and pattern if two are needed. Please Read This Carefully. We only sell OLD Windows. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass, especially glass made in to sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made. It’s not unusual at all to find these in our windows, in most cases it’s desirable because it validates the age of the windows. If you get a window that to you looks like a “crack” is in it, simply run your finger across the line on both sides to “feel” the glass, if one side is smooth and the other side has a ridge or bump, it’s simply an imperfection in the way the glass was made. CRACKS Can Be Felt on BOTH Sides of the Glass, you can’t crack one side on a piece of glass without cracking both sides. The window has two pretty shades of Green, 2 shades of Red, Burgundy, Blue and two (2) Types of Textured White glass. There is a Crack in one of the White Textured glass in the glass of this. The window is about 19 3/4″ wide and about 18 7/8″ tall overall. The glass is about 15 3/4 X 14 1//4. Check Out My Feedbacks!!
