Gorgeous UNIDENTIFIED Antique American 25 Leaded Stained Glass Lamp c. Gorgeous UNIDENTIFIED Antique American 25 Leaded Stained Glass Lamp , circa 1915. FREE PICK-UP IN THE CHICAGOLAND AREA. Up for your consideration is an outstanding antique leaded glass lamp, c. The shade has characteristics of Wilkinson and Unique Lamp co. But I have yet to identify a maker. The shade is 18 in diameter, and features a fine Art Nouveau design, with red, green, and yellow glass, over a caramel slag glass ground. The shade is in excellent condition, with 3 -5 minor “heat” cracks. The slag glass on the upper portion has some long surface lines (as made), which have become more visible with dirt accumulation (see last photo). The base (and finial) is unsigned, and measures 25 tall. It has been professionally rewired, but one of the 3 original pulls is stuck in the off position. When it was rewired, the electrician decided not to feed the cord through the hole on the base. The base is made of spelter, which has a silver finish and a silver cap.
