ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW GRAPEVINES 48 x 22 ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
This is a great transom that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. It has yellow and green borders. The background glass is clear and light purple, all has the same distorted pattern. There is a grapevine in the center with green leaves and purple grapes. It is in a new pine frame that is ready for stain or paint. It measures 48.25 inches wide by 22 tall and 1.5 inches thick. The glass only measures approx. 44 inches by 18 inches. Overall it is in good co ndition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning but will clean up nicely. There is one tight hairline. Look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
