Antique Stained Glass Transom Window 11 Jewels 52 X 16 Salvage
This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Pennsylvania Victorian home. It is very colorful with a great design, there are 11 jewels and 3 beveled pieces in the middle. The original frame was removed and it was put into a shadowbox frame and backlit. It can be used as a regular window or with the light box, we will send backing and lights if requested. It measures 52.25 inches wide by 16.25 inches tall and just over 2 inches thick. The glass only is approximately 48.5 by 12 inches. Overall, it is good co ndition. Light scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple tight hairlines. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
