ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW 27.25 x 21.75 ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE
This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It has all clear distorted glass in a variety of textures and patterns with a great design. The original frame is painted on both sides. It measures 27.25 inches wide by 21.75. And 1.75 inches thick. The glass only is appx. 23.5 by 18. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. There is one tight hairline. The glass does have bowing but it is not loose or rattling. It could use a good cleaning. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
