ANTIQUE LEADED KILN FIRED STAINED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW, NYC AREA CHURCH, 1900s. VERY NICE FIRED GLASS WINDOW IN ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION. Exact church location is unknown… Very likely from a NYC church. 32 7/8″ wide by 18 15/16″ tall. THERE ARE NO SUPPORT RODS OR WOOD FRAMING. Framing is highly recommended. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! THERE ARE 3 tiles that have cracks. See photos #5,6,7. Cracks are leaded over and some are epoxied. UNFORTUNATELY THE EXACT CHURCH AND LOCATION IS UNAVAILABLE. Thanks for your interest! This old Stained Glass window is from an English home. These pieces were usually at the side of a door or a landing window, or sometimes just a larger than usual top window. Dating from the 1920’s & 30’s The sizes are 24.75″ x 17.75″ Glass & 26.75″ x 19.75″ overall including the frame. The colors are 2 shades of purple, 2 shades of mauve, 2 shades of green, gold, light yellow & beige. The obscurity of the background glass is light to moderate. The glass is in perfect condition, with no cracks or breaks. The original frame could not be saved, so this window has been reframed in a new painted frame.
