Antique Stained Glass Scenic Picture Window 44 X 62 Architectural Salvage
This is a great window that was salvaged from a Lincoln Nebraska Victorian Home. The lower section has a large pane of clear wavy glass. The stained glass transom features trees to one side with a lake and mountains in the background. The original frame is painted on both sides. The transom can be separated from the rest but the frame would need to be braced or replaced. It measures 44 inches wide by 62.25 and 1.75 inches thick. The transom only is approx. 44 x 19 and the stained glass without frame is 40 x 16. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are a couple of small hairlines. Please look at the pictures carefully. Please inquire with your zip code and I will get you a quote quickly. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
