Arts & Crafts Handel Lotus Antique Table Lamp Stain Glass Leaded Shade 1910

Beautiful signed antique Handel table lamp with newer stain glass shade produced with a matching aged patina that complement each other in design. The bronze lamp base, circa 1910’s, has a great form and design and retains its original patina with no damage or repairs. It measures 21″ to the top and the base is 6 1/2″ in diameter. The perfect vintage leaded glass shade is unsigned measuring 16″ in diameter x 8 1/2″ high. Overall the lamp is in excellent working condition with no damage or repairs and has been rewired with a period brown cloth cord. Check the photos for condition. Please Read This Carefully. We only sell OLD Windows. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass, especially glass made into sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made. It’s not unusual at all to find these in our windows, in most cases it’s desirable because it validates the age of the windows. If you get a window that to you looks like a “crack” is in it, simply run your finger across the line on both sides to “feel” the glass, if one side is smooth and the other side has a ridge or bump, it’s simply an imperfection in the way the glass was made. CRACKS Can Be Felt on BOTH Sides of the Glass, you can’t crack one side on a piece of glass without cracking both sides. The window has pretty Red, Two (2) Greens, Burgandy, Amber and two (2) Types of Textured White glass. There are no cracks in the glass of this. The window is about 24 5/8″ wide and about 19 1/4″ tall overall. The glass in the window is about 21″ X 14 3/4″. Check Out My Feedbacks!! Beautiful earth tones in this opalescent and clear stained glass window. Pair available- price is for one window. Hand made of premium art glass in our studio, window is constructed in 1/2″ zinc frame, 3/16″ lead came, is grouted, polished and finished with a gray patina. Architect inspired design, center sumac is in dark amber granite with multi color squares extending down, vertical strips on either side are caramel slag with red accent squares, outer border is wispy honey opalescent, double inside border is a wispy green, blue, honey opalescent and background glass is clear seedy. Glass is in perfect condition. As much as we try to photograph as clearly and honestly as possible; direct light, indirect light and outdoors to show surface colors, leading and frame- please consider your particular lighting situation as for how the glass will look. Frame is oak with a medium brown finish. NOTE- if you are purchasing both windows, please see close up photos of frames and note that one frame has dark blemish spot at the bottom. Eye hooks in frame and ready to hang! Framed dimension is 27 3/4″ x 27 3/4″. Glass only is 24 3/4″ x 24 3/4″. Thanks for looking and considering our work!
