ANTIQUE CHURCH WINDOW, 1900s FIRED PAINTED GLASS, ROUGH CUT JEWELS, NYC AREA. THIS VERY COOL WINDOW HAS. A LOT “GOING ON”.. 40 3/4″ tall, 29 3/8″ wide, 4 11/16 deep. Glass area only approximate measurements. 27″ wide, 38 1/2″ tall (unframed area approx). 2 steel rods for support. (3) rough cut jewels. 10 pyramid shaped textured glass tiles. HANDPAINTED KILN FIRED CROWN. Photos 4 and 5 show examples of tight cracks. Photo#8 shows convex edge of window. Photo#10 shows depth of frame. THIS WINDOW MOST LIKELY DATES TO EARLY 1900. It is VERY NICE and in great shape for the age. IT IS AN ANTIQUE, it’s NOT PERFECT. I HAVE INFORMATION ON QUALITY SHIPPERS. CAME FROM A VICTORIAN HOME BELIEVED TO HAVE BEEN BUILT AROUND 1930. 20 1/8″ tall, by about 36″ wide. Frame is about 1 3/8 thick. Glass area only measurements. FRAME IS SOLID AND STRONG, BELIEVE IT TO BE ORIGINAL. MORTISE AND TENON CONSTRUCTION. I SEE NO CRACKS WHATSOEVER IN THE GLASS. ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW, WAVY GLASS, BEVELED ETCHED CENTER, AMISH AREA PA. Very nice window from Lancaster PA Amish area. Wavy glass, beveled etched glass centerpiece, original frame and hardware. Mortise and tenon constructed frame, wood is solid. Window(glass) is set in zinc caming. 19 3/8″ by about 44.5″. Glass only area measurements. 15.5″ tall by about 39.5″ wide. Frame is about 1.75 thick. PHOTO#3 shows beveled etched glass center. PHOTOS# 4,6 and 8 shows fissures in the wavy glass, I do not believe they are cracks, just lines formed when the glass cooled. Call John at CCC TRANSPORT in APPLETON WI for a free quote. ANTIQUE STAINED LEADED GLASS WINDOW, FRUIT BOWL with FIRED ACCENTS, NYC AREA. Architectural salvage from the NYC area. Antique transom window, fruit bowl, some of the fruit is handpainted and kiln fired. 17 7/8″ by 31 7/8″. #4 handpainted fired accents. #5 one tight crack, there may be others, but this is the one that I saw with strong lighting. #6 original mortise and tenon frame. CAULKING IS MOSTLY MISSING. THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF HOUSEPAINT WHERE WINDOW MEETS THE FRAME. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST! FOR SALE IS AN ORIGINAL 39″ X 19.75″ STAINED GLASS LEADED WINDOW THAT WAS REMOVED FROM A HOME IN THE HAIGHTS – ASHBURY SECTION OF SAN FRANCISCO IN 1990… THE HOME WAS BUILT IN 1890 AND THIS WAS AN ORIGIANL WINDOW FROM THAT HOME. IT WAS REMOVED BEFORE THE HOME WAS DEMOLISHED AND DRIVEN BACK HERE TO ILLINOIS IN 1990. IT HAS BEEN IN HEATED DRY STORAGE SINCE.
