ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS Windows Crest NYC ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE. Look at the pictures window is a bit bowed out as shown. They most came out of either a Church or Rectory type building in NYC Just after WWII. Obviously they are quite older than that. Gentleman who gave them to me to sell is a friend. He salvaged them along with about 20 other windows on the 1st big job he every worked on as a contractor. Was in NYC just after WWII. He worked on the job for a few weeks, 10+ hours a day, at the end of the job, the head contractor thanked him. This is what’s left. I recommend coming out and seeing it. The measurements are 19.5″ x 19.25 Glass size & 22.5″W x 22.25 H Overall including the frame. The colors in this window are Green background, red & dark amber Most of the glass is moderately obscure The glass is in perfect condition with no cracks or breaks. NOTE this window has a metal strengthening bar across the back The frame while in good shape will always be less than perfect & can be hung as is, or painted or stripped & stained to suit your decor.
