The Greek Goddess “Persephone” was Greek Goddess of the Spring and Queen of the underworld. OUR BEST WINDOW EVER! This is one special window! Size Framed : 4′ 9″ x 10′ 7″. Yes, it is that large and takes 4 people to move. The window is full of color, garlands and jewels. Encased in a wonderful Victorian carved frame. Brought back from New York several years ago. Has been a great showroom item, but now the time has come to make some decor changes. Protected under plexi-glass for 70 years. Minor edge bowing with a few small cracks mostly confined to the small border sections. Overall, very good condition for a 120 year old window. The enameled glass was probably exported from Italy and the stain glass executed in New York. Wear is consistent with age. And this one is better in my opinion.
