PRETTY ABSTRACT OLD ENGLISH LEADED STAINED GLASS WINDOW 19.5″ X 15.5″. This Beautiful Stained Glass window is from the top of a “bay” window & dates from the 1920’s & 30’s. The measurements are 17.5″ x 13.5″ Glass size & 19.5″ x 15.5″ Overall including the frame. The colors in this window are purple, green, and red. Most of the glass is of heavy obscurity. The glass is in perfect condition with no cracks or breaks. The frame while in good shape will always be less than perfect & can be hung as is, re-painted, stripped or stained to suit your decor. Set in an 18 diameter circle, the brightly colored Hoot Owl will make a statement perched in any window. I have taken many pictures to capture the true beauty of this piece, but pictures do not do it justice. It has been tastefully done using the Tiffany method with each piece of glass being cut by hand then soldered together before being bathed with a black patina to give it a truly distinctive and professional look. It is then waxed and polished before being framed with zinc edging to give it added strength for years of secure hanging. For hanging, I have added 2 feet of chain so it can be hung and enjoyed right away. I have been doing glass for 25 years and have commissioned work in all parts of the country. Antique Stained Glass Window Vintage Leaded Glass Window Old Beveled Glass 90

Antique stained glass window features lavender, yellow/gold, and seafoam green stained glass as well as a textured pattern in the stained glass, 11 clear beveled pieces (10 diamonds and 1 circle) and frosted pieces for the rest. The entire thing appears original and does not appear to have any repairs which is remarkable not only for a piece of this age, but this size! At approximately 90 long this is the longest transom window I have ever seen, truly 1 of a kind and an absolute show stopping statement piece (it measures approximately 22 inches tall including the frame). You simply wont find another like this. The wood is aged as expected for a piece of this age, and the paint looks to be original. There are some light surface scratches on some of the glass as one would also expect with this age overall absolutely incredible original condition!

The measurements are 20 3/4″ x 22″ Glass size & 22 1/4″ x 23 1/2″ Overall including the frame. The colors in this window are reds, pale greens and pale yellows. Most of the glass is moderately obscured. The glass is in perfect condition with no cracks or breaks. The original frame could not be saved, so this window has been re-framed in a new frame. E English Leaded Stained-Glass Window from England that has been reframed. The frame is unfinished pine. It can be painted, stained, sealed or just left alone to weather naturally. Please Read This Carefully. We only sell OLD Windows. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass, especially glass made in to sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made. It’s not unusual at all to find these in our windows, in most cases it’s desirable because it validates the age of the windows. If you get a window that to you looks like a “crack” is in it, simply run your finger across the line on both sides to “feel” the glass, if one side is smooth and the other side has a ridge or bump, it’s simply an imperfection in the way the glass was made. CRACKS Can Be Felt on BOTH Sides of the Glass, you can’t crack one side on a piece of glass without cracking both sides. The window has pretty Burgandy, Very Pale Green and Very Pale Amber glasses. There is One Small Crack in the Amber glass of this window. The last two pictures are of the backside of this window. The window is about 20 1/8″ wide and about 26 1/8″ tall overall.
