This is a wonderful stained glass window that was salvaged from a circa 1880 York PA home. It has vivid colors and a great design. There are 4 chunk jewels, 4 pressed jewels and 1 roundel. The original frame in in good condition and painted on both sides. It measures 41.5 inches wide by 40 tall and is. 1.75 inches thick. The glass only measures approximately 37.75 by 36.25 inches. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. There is one tiny hairline. The glazing putty will need to be filled in around the edges. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
