This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. The glass is all clear distorted in a variety of textures and patterns, some has a light purple tint. There are 11 jewels and 2 beveled pieces. It has a new pine frame that is ready for paint or stain. It measures 49.75 inches wide by just over 23 tall. And 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is appx. 46 by 19.25. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are several hairlines. The house it came from was in a fire, there is some smoke on the glass that a light cleaning did not remove. A light stripper should remove it. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
