This old Stained Glass window is from an English home. These pieces were usually at the side of a door or a landing window, or sometimes just a larger than usual top window. Dating from the 1920’s & 30’s The sizes are 23.25″ x 15.75″ Glass & 25.5″ x 18.25″ overall including the frame. The colors are 2 shades of green, red & streaky mauve The obscurity of the background glass is moderate, with the streaky center, being relatively clear. The glass is in perfect condition, with no cracks or breaks. The original frame could not be saved, so this window has been reframed in a new painted frame.
