GOTHIC STAINED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW, FLEUR DE LIS, ORCHIDS, 1800s. Very cool window, architectural salvage from a NYC area church. In very good shape, being well over 100 years old. THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF FADING, OVERALL NOT BAD. Window measures approximately: 38.5″ tall, by about 18 5/8″ at it’s widest, about 3/16 thick. Measurements are approximate, and vary… Because it is a lead edge. LEAD ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE COULD USE A LITTLE STRAIGHTENING. Window shows NO evidence of having been worked on over the course of time (SEE PHOTOS PLEASE). THERE ARE A FEW CRACKED TILES IN THE RED EDGING. ALL IN ALL, THIS IS A UNIQUE WINDOW and HARD TO FIND ITEM. Window is in “as found” condition. I CAN ALSO MEET BUYERS WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST! HALF CIRCLE WINDOW WITH INCREDIBLE DETAIL, AND INTRICATE LEADWORK, FROM A CHURCH IN THE NYC AREA. 8 HAND CUT JEWELS 3 RONDELS FIRED PAINTED GLASS ACCENTS. APPROXIMATELY 58.75″ WIDE, 27″ TALL. 2 ORIGINAL IRON SUPPORTS. #4,5 and 6 show examples of some tight cracks #7 close up picture of one of the 3 rondels #8 close up picture of one of the hand cut jewels. Antique Arts & Crafts / Mission Oak Leaded Glass Hall Tree Seat with Heart Cut Outs LA Area. We are proud to offer an extremely nice estate furniture. It is simple, elegant, and classic all rolled into one. It is a perfect estate piece to gift or wonderful to start or add to your collection. Beautiful & very unusual arts & crafts oak hall seat. So unusual it may have been a custom made item originally. Nice leaded glass panels on the side with unusual textures and bowed pieces. Extremely different with the areas on the back sides for hanging coats and cane or umbrella holders. The front even has hearts cut out in the top. Probably on the earlier side of arts and crafts era since it has some earlier elements. It is the original finish. Has some variation of colors on the finish and the seat shows some darker marks please see photos. The leaded glass on one side has 3 cracks but seems secure in the piece again please see the photos. Typical aging such as some wood shrinkage and worm holes. The wear is normal and appropriate to an item of this age. There are reflections in the photographs. Dont miss out on this really wonderful item! Height is about 79 1/2 inches. Width is 52 5/8 inches. Depth is about 16 1/2 inches. The sooner you pay, the sooner you get your item.
