It can be painted, stained, sealed or just left alone to weather naturally. Glass making was not perfected until around 1930. Before then a lot of glass, especially glass made in to sheets had bubbles, waves, imperfections such as ridges or lines of separation when the glass was made.
THE STUDIO LEADED OVER A COUPLE OF CRACKS, see photo#9 for example. THERE ARE 4 STEEL SUPPORTS THAT PROVIDE INCREDIBLE STRENGTH TO THIS PANEL. 1 glass tile the studio replaced is close but not exact match, see photo #5.
Stenciled and kiln fired areas. Etched stained glass corner tiles. This window has a lot going on. Glass is super wavy and cool. 3 large antique rondels. Window features Window displays beautifully.
Pieces over 40 can be combined up to 2 per box. The obscurity of the background glass is Heavily Obscured. The glass is in perfect condition, with no cracks or breaks. The colors are mauve, Red, Gold and two shades of Green.
These larger pieces were usually at the side of a door or a landing window. & dates from the 1920’s & 30’s. Pieces over 40 can be combined up to 2 per box.
