ANTIQUE LEADED BEVELED FLORENTINE GLASS PHILADELPHIA TRANSOM WINDOW, 1930s NICE

VERY COOL BLAST FROM THE PAST.. Nice arched framed brownstone front entrance transom in good shape for the age. Window and frame together measure about. 17 3/4″ tall by 64″ wide by 1 3/8 thick. Glass only area (minus frame). 14″ by 59″ approx. Window has 2 original supports. Window appears to have been tuned up at one point in time… Possibly not too long ago. WINDOW FEATURES AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF GLASS… Including pebbled, beveled, and Florentine (flowered pattern). I don’t see any cracks… Could be 1 hidden, but I don’t see any. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! 8,9 and 10 show some issues with the frame. FRAME IS ORIGINAL AND SOLID. (not weak or shaky whatsoever). Photo 11 shows copper wire ties secured to provide strength. ANTIQUE STAINED LEADED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW SECTION FOR REPURPOSE 1930s SUNRISE. ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE FROM SOMEWHERE IN NEW ENGLAND. THIS WAS ORIGINALLY PART OF A LARGE GOTHIC CHURCH WINDOW WHICH WAS SAVED DURING A RENOVATION PROJECT. 15 5/8″ wide by about 16″ tall. Panel is about 1/4 thick. THERE ARE A COUPLE TIGHT CRACKS SLIGHTLY VISIBLE (if you’re looking). THERE MAY BE A HAIRLINE CRACK OR TWO HIDDEN… Pictures #5,6 and 7 show cracks. That were leaded over at one time. THIS PANEL IS RECENTLY REMOVED ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE. It is nearly 100 years old… Not perfect but nice. PANEL MOST LIKELY DATES TO 1930s. ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW BEVELED /LEADED 1930s COAL MINE REGION PENNSYLVANIA. Very nice architectural salvage from northeast Pennsylvania. 16″ by 40″ by 1/4 thick. THERE IS NO WOOD FRAMING. I DONT SEE ANY MAJOR ISSUES. THERE IS A HAIRLINE CRACK/CHIP SHOWN IN. It is not a complete crack. There could be another hairline crack in the edge border… But I looked well and only saw the one in photo #6. FRAMING IS ZINC, and it’s very strong and original. CENTERPIECE IS FULLY BEVELED. ANTIQUE (1930s) LEADED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW for repurpose 20 1/8″w by 16″ tall. Medium size antique leaded Tudor style glass window. From a home built around 1930. 20 1/8″ wide by about 16″ tall. THERE ARE NO CRACKS WHATSOEVER. Lead was replaced on one edge. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! THERE IS NO WOOD FRAMING. Panel is very strong, but it’s a good idea to frame it in wood. ANTIQUE LEADED GLASS WINDOW, BEVELED ETCHED CENTERPIECES COAL REGION PA 1930s. ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE FROM THE CITY OF PITTSTON PA. Removed from a house which was likely built around 1930. Several types of glass including beveled etched centerpieces. 33 5/8″ by about 9.75″ by about 1/4 thick. LEAD IS STRONG (believed to be ZINC). THERE IS NO WOOD FRAMING. FRAMING THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ZINC IS VERY STRONG, BUT WITH AGE IT TENDS TO WEAKEN AROUND THE JOINTS. Long life of product is assured if it’s framed. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS!
