RESTORED ANTIQUE 1920s LEADED STAINED GLASS WINDOW, LIGHTHOUSE THEME

Really great window with NYC origins. Fresh back from restoration by our studio. THIS WINDOW IS BUILT TO LAST… It’s definitely conceivable this lasts another 100 years with care. Panel is about 1/4 thick. (excluding the round support bars). THERE ARE A COUPLE TIGHT TINY CRACKS IN A COUPLE OF COLORED GLASS TILES. (these were literally left to establish authenticity). I don’t see any other “issues”. The studio tightened up the window. Removed edge lead and replaced it with very rigid zinc edging. Installed new ties for support bars on adjacent face to ensure rigidity and integrity. WINDOW IS NOT LIGHTWEIGHT! FRAMING IN WOOD IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THIS WINDOW IS A REAL GEM.. And I sell many! This old Stained Glass window is from an English home. These transom pieces were usually over a door or across the top of a large window. It dates from the 1920’s & 30’s The sizes are 35 1/2″ x 16″ Glass & 37 1/2′ x 18 overall including the frame The colors are golds, greens, blue and reds The obscurity of the background glass is heavily obscured The original frame could not be saved, so this window has been reframed in a new frame. Antique Vtg 19th C 1880s Clear Leaded Pressed Glass Window 17 Individual Panes

This offering is for an antique late 19th century Pressed Glass Window. The window is made of 17 small individual panes leaded together to form an 11.5 square window. The panes feature a beautiful star and or sunburst design that covers the entire pane. The panes measure app. 2″ X 3.25″, 3.5″ X 3.5″ and 3.75″ by 7″. The condition is excellent with no cracks or beaks but there is a bit of looseness in the leading, however it seems to be holding together just fine. The panes probably made by either the Mosaic Glass Co. Fostoria, OH and/or the Addison Glass Factory, Addison, NY. Late 19th and 20th century.
