Antique Bradley & Hubbard / Tiffany Era 1905-25 Hand Made Lead Glass Table Lamp

The photographs cannot do this lamp any justice, it is stunning. It is absolutely beautiful! Lots of detail in the metalwork. Lamp measures 26 inches tall, the shade is 19 inches wide. It weighs over 15 lbs. The shade is very well made and very heavy, which contributes to the overall quality and feel. Maker is probably Bradley & Hubbard but cannot be confirmed. The quality is definitely as good as Bradley and Hubbard, the design and all aspects point to it being BH (maybe a floor sample) and is from the famous era of Tiffany and other high quality lamp makers. No breakage or losses to be found on the piece anywhere, but it has had replacement brass bulb housing/power-pulls. May be a conversion or repair in its history. The lamp works perfectly and the brass pulls cannot be seen unless you remove the shade, or really stick your head way inside there, and I do not feel it detracts from the value. The base is intricate, and also without issue – no breaks or losses in the metalware. Just a very cool and beautiful lamp from a period in time where lamps meant a lot to the owners because electricity was making its way into their homes and lives. Probably Teco Pottery an American Terracotta Tile and Ceramic Company founded in 1881. American leaded glass shade with beautiful pottery base. Condition: The shade has 15 glass pieces with cracks from which only 2 are serious crack the other 13 are hard to see. In good condition with a few cracks to the glass pieces (see pictures). Original origin and full provenance unknown. Provenance: Private collection New York. They can range in price depending on size and type of item.
