Very pretty antique window from the coal region of PA. Frame is 1 3/8 thick. (except bottom sill 1 3/4). GLASS ONLY AREA appx 18″ by 40″. Window has no bow, rattle, or wobble. I DON’T SEE ANY CRACKS OR ISSUES WHATSOEVER. Window has clear wavy antique glass. Outside border is glue chip pattern. Window is constructed with real lead. There’s a lot of work that goes into it. ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW IN VG CONDITION. This window was restored and reframed by previous owners. I DO NOT SEE ANY CRACKS WHATSOEVER. Panel unframed is about 16″ by 44″. One tile (tan) looks like different texture. It’s hard to see unless you’re really looking. One long leg of the wooden frame is slightly bowing. Frame holds window securely… But it’s just simple wood frame. Picture 9 shows wavy 1930 glass. Happy to help answer any questions! Thanks for taking a look??

ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW tulips EARLY 1900s VG COND coal region of PA

Very nice transom window from northeast PA. Window dates to early 1900s. PREVIOUS OWNERS HAD RECENTLY HAD THIS WINDOW OVERHAULED POSSIBLY TO PREVENT HEAT LOSS. It was definitely re caulked and the glass looks great. Wood frame looks good and looks recently painted on the outside face. 11 13/16″ by 45 7/8″ by 1 3/8. There may be a hairline crack or two in the root beer border. Hard to see unless you’re looking. Frame is mortise and tenon. Inside face is natural varnished wood. FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS. This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia home. It has a clear distorted background with tulips at either end. The original frame is painted on the outside. It measures 31.5 inches wide by 20.25 tall. And 1.5 inches thick. The glass only is appx. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. There is one small hairline. It could use a good cleaning. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time!
