C 1908 Colonial Art Glass co. Leaded gold glass Lamp just shimmers perfect Geometric fish scale Lamp. Leading is tight and right with all those tiles and over 100 years 3 one line heat cracks you’ll never notice wear and tear is a must with leaded glass shades unless you prefer repairs. I prefer real glass as long as it’s not spread like a spider web. Mainly there are few examples of real Colonial Art glass lamps are hard to find or document. 2 examples one grape the other floral no examples of geometric lamps. Note the catalog photo part of “colonial” shows upper rt corner. A slightly different base but for sure same shade cap & finial. Rare to find catalogs too i’m sure. Here is one to add. Stands 23″ tall foot 9″ wide shade is 17″x7″. 3 old pull chain sockets interiors are new for safety saving original cases & chains. Rare – GORGEOUS – SIGNED – R. Williamson & co lamp. Stamped under foot R. Washington & Jefferson Sts. I see no fractures if there are not worth a mention. Shade has no repairs no spider web smashes. Base the same wonderful original condition. Cap finial wheel all Williamson Parts. Re wired with twisted black cloth cord & vintage plug all ready to use at once! What I know of it, it had to be a family Pass Down to stay in this pristine condition. I’ve heard it called “the OWL” does appear to be a stylized owl face with eye jewels. For sure reflects the baroque tastes of the early 1900’s. Looks like the Tic Toc of Oz. From the book series Frank L. This is a great example of the Williamson Co. Stands 25″ tall 8″ wide foot. For sale is a green/orange Whaley leaded tulip shade. This listing is for the lamp shade only. Its condition is fair due to the breaks to the glass and one tiny piece of green glass (3/4 x 1/2 x 1/2) missing adjacent the top shade ring. There are approximately 14 pieces of glass of the approximately 200 pieces to this shade that have one or more breaks. None of the breaks are loose and the shade still shows very well. The shade has the 4 diameter opening at the top. The shade itself is 18″ in diameter and stands 7 3/4″ tall. I have enjoyed this shade, the colors are amazing.
