ANTIQUE CHURCH STAINED GLASS WINDOW GOTHIC TOP PANEL, INTERESTING STIPPLED AND PEBBLE TEXTURES TO GLASS AND ATTRACTIVE COLORS, IN ORIGINAL WOOD FRAME. Age – early 20th century. Size approximately – 55 3/4″H x 33 1/8″W x 1 3/4 thick frame. Condition – glass in used condition, actually don’t see any damage but there maybe something small, window sagging a bit at light blue horizontal border under support bar – not unusual and probably has been this way for many years – stable – see last photo. In original frame which is in stable solid condition, noting flaking old paint and old glass putty flaking in spots – see photos. ANTIQUE GOTHIC FIRED LEADED CHURCH WINDOW, early 1900s, Montclair NJ. Very nice antique stained glass church window. Incredible condition for its age. 31 long including the hanger. By about 21 3/8 wide. Panel is around 1/4 thick. (weighs about 5.75 pounds). I SEE NO CRACKS WHATSOEVER. Glass is old and wavy, so there are ripples that could look like a crack, but there are none. THERE IS ONE SOLDERED HANGER AT THE TOP (it seems strong, I used it to take the pictures, but I can’t guarantee it’s strength, I didn’t solder it). THIS CAME FROM MONTCLAIR NJ, from a stained glass window studio… But the exact church location is unknown. I’M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST! ANTIQUE GOTHIC STAINED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW SET(2), TOMBSTONE SHAPE PHILADELPHIA. Rescued from a demolition project at a downtown Philadelphia church, this is a really interesting set of church windows. THESE ARE OVER 120 YEARS OLD, THEY ARE IN OVERALL GOOD SHAPE, BUT NOT PERFECT! The first one (one with wood repair). 10 3/8″ wide, by about 27.5″ tall. And is about 1 13/16 thick. This one has 2 red jewels and 1 red tile. Replaced a missing jewel. This window has 1 repaired crack(lead over). And 1 tiny crack remains. 10 5/16″ wide, by about 27 7/16″ tall. And is about 1 13/16 thick. I don’t see any cracks in this window. This window has one original jewel, and two red replaced tiles where jewels were missing. THERE MAY BE A HIDDEN CHIP OR CRACK IN ONE OR EITHER WINDOW, I LOOKED AT THEM IN STRONG LIGHTING.. FRAME CONSTRUCTION IS MORTISE AND TENON. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! #6 shows an original jewel. #7 shows red replaced tile. #8 shows rigged wood repair. #9,10 shows mortise and tenon frame. Antique Gothic Stained Glass Window 16 X 40 1 Of 2 Architectural Salvage

This is a great window that was salvaged from a Baltimore Victorian. The glass has a simple design done in clear distorted and pale yellow with a blue border. The glass has a gothic arched top within a rectangular frame. The frame is painted on the on both sides. It measures 36 inches wide by 34 tall by. 1.5 inches thick. Glass is approximately 15.75 inches wide by 40.25 inches tall and 1.5 thick. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is an antique. There is one small tight hairline. The frame was repaired along the bottom, a section was removed and replaced. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! TREMENDOUS GOTHIC STAINED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW, FLEUR DE LIS, 1 JEWEL, LATE 1800s. VERY COOL SALVAGE FROM A BALTIMORE MD AREA CHURCH DEMOLITION. MEASURES APPROXIMATELY: 18.75″ WIDE, BY ABOUT 33 1/8″ TALL. FRAME IS 1 5/8″ THICK, EXCEPT AT THE BOTTOM… It’S 2″. FRAME IS ORIGINAL, AND WAS CUT ON ONE SIDE. ONE SIDE OF THE FRAME IS PEAKED AT THE TOP, THE OTHER FEATURES TRACERY. Picture#4 shows MORTISE and TENON CONSTRUCTION. Picture#8 shows area that looks like a crack, but i don’t think it is. Its only felt on one side. I think it is a natural mark from the pouring process. THIS WINDOW IS SUPER STRONG AND FRAME IS VERY SOLID. IT WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OR A REMODEL. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST! GOTHIC STAINED GLASS CHURCH WINDOW, FLEUR DE LIS, ORCHIDS, 1800s. Very cool window, architectural salvage from a NYC area church. In very good shape, being well over 100 years old. THERE IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF FADING, OVERALL NOT BAD. Window measures approximately: 38.5″ tall, by about 18 5/8″ at it’s widest, about 3/16 thick. Measurements are approximate, and vary… Because it is a lead edge. LEAD ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE COULD USE A LITTLE STRAIGHTENING. Window shows NO evidence of having been worked on over the course of time (SEE PHOTOS PLEASE). THERE ARE A FEW CRACKED TILES IN THE RED EDGING. ALL IN ALL, THIS IS A UNIQUE WINDOW and HARD TO FIND ITEM. Window is in “as found” condition. I CAN ALSO MEET BUYERS WITHIN A REASONABLE DISTANCE. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST!
