Antique Gothic Stained Glass Window 12 X 40 1 Of 2 Architectural Salvage

This is a great window that was salvaged from a Baltimore Victorian. The glass has a simple design done in clear distorted and pale yellow with a blue border. The glass has a gothic arched top within a rectangular frame. There are no cracks or breaks. The frame is painted on the outside. It measures 12.5 inches wide by 40.25 tall by. 1.5 inches thick. Glass is approximately 8.75 inches wide by 35.25 inches tall and 1.5 thick. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is an antique. There is some paint on the glass. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! 3 Piece Set Antique Stained Glass Windows Gothic Architectural Salvage

This is a great set of windows that were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. All 3 have intricate leaded glass at the top. The center piece has 3 panels of leaded glass and the ends each have 2. Below the leaded glass are panes of clear flat glass, central piece is missing. They have great shapes and gothic arches, the end windows are curved at the outer corners. One side has beadwork around all the glass, missing in a few places. The center window is 29.5 wide, ends are 17.75 wide and all are 63.75 tall and 1.75 thick. Overall they are in good co ndition. Scratches and dings as they are antique. They could use a good cleaning but will clean up nicely. There are a couple tight hairlines. There is some paint on the glass. There are a couple light cracks and missing moldings. Look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. This as found 100+ year old attic discovery from a late 1800s church measures 39 x 59 with its massive original painted wooden sash; 34 x 54 (sight) and features heavy leading (wide) in the best Gothic tradition with painted floral and foliate details over traditional colored glass. The main field is colorless glass with TONS of bubbles (making it look truly ancient) framing a rose mandorla painted with two figures, presumably saints. The vertical side panels have bold roses. You will note a pronounced bulge/sag in the large center area in spite of sturdy bar reinforcement and numerous fine/tight cracks in the glass with no obvious loss. It is dirty and will be a true gem when the grime is removed to reveal the gorgeous colors. Fresh from the salvage of the All Saints Anglican (Episcopalian) church in Springhill Nova Scotia, Canada. Lovely small gothic windows in original condition. Glass size is 14″x48″. Frame is 63″x26″. Glass is all original. I have several available. The frames are very solid and well jointed. I have about 25 or so. Price is for one.
