ANTIQUE BEVELED ETCHED STAINED GLASS TRANSOM WINDOW 2 OF 2 45 x 17 SALVAGE

This is a great window that was salvaged from a New Jersey Victorian. The glass is all beveled all the way around and the center piece has a wheel cut etched starburst. There are no cracks or breaks. The original frame is painted on both sides. It was originally a sidelite so 1 end of the frame is a little longer, for symmetry it will need to be trimmed. It measures 46.25 inches wide as is, 44.75 trimmed by 16.75 tall and is. 1.25 inch thick. The glass is appx 40 x 12.25. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! ANTIQUE LEADED GLASS WINDOW, BEVELED ETCHED CENTERPIECES COAL REGION PA 1930s. ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE FROM THE CITY OF PITTSTON PA. Removed from a house which was likely built around 1930. Several types of glass including beveled etched centerpieces. 33 5/8″ by about 9.75″ by about 1/4 thick. LEAD IS STRONG (believed to be ZINC). THERE IS NO WOOD FRAMING. FRAMING THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ZINC IS VERY STRONG, BUT WITH AGE IT TENDS TO WEAKEN AROUND THE JOINTS. Long life of product is assured if it’s framed. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! ANTIQUE STAINED GLASS WINDOW, WAVY GLASS, BEVELED ETCHED CENTER, AMISH AREA PA. Very nice window from Lancaster PA Amish area. Wavy glass, beveled etched glass centerpiece, original frame and hardware. Mortise and tenon constructed frame, wood is solid. Window(glass) is set in zinc caming. 19 3/8″ by about 44.5″. Glass only area measurements. 15.5″ tall by about 39.5″ wide. Frame is about 1.75 thick. PHOTO#3 shows beveled etched glass center. PHOTOS# 4,6 and 8 shows fissures in the wavy glass, I do not believe they are cracks, just lines formed when the glass cooled. Call John at CCC TRANSPORT in APPLETON WI for a free quote. This is a great window that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian. All the glass is beveled all the way around and the central oval has a wheel cut etched starburst. There are no cracks or breaks. The original oak frame is painted on the outside. It measures 40 inches wide by 16 tall and is. 1.75 inch thick. The glass only measures approximately 36 by 12 inches. Overall it is in good condition. Scratches and dings as it is antique. There is a little paint on the glass. Please look at the pictures carefully.
